Complete Inventory

With Mandriva Pulse 2, you get a complete, customised hardware and software inventory. The inventory criteria allow dynamic groups that can be used for deployments to be set up. These dynamic groups are automatically updated, thereby reducing the work load of IT teams, and preserving productivity.

Masterisation/Clonage

Mandriva Pulse 2 permits the clonage of machines and the creation of a master. You can deploy, save, reinstall individual or thousands of machines (in unicast or multicast) from a master. You have numerous systems of supported files (NTFS, FAT16, FAT32, ext2, ext3, reiserfs, XFS ...) and a choice of partitions is possible when saving or restoring.

Cable distribution: simple to install, simple to use

Mandriva Pulse 2 uses existing infrastructure to offer a multiplatform teledeployment service operating even within distant set-ups where the bandwidth is limited. Deployments, either unitary or through funcional and technical groups, can be scheduled outside business hours. Installation is rapid, simple and in complete security.

Mandriva Directory Server for administration delegation

Mandriva Pulse 2 integrates Mandriva Directory Server for administration delegation, in order to define the perimeters for the intervention of different users, as well as their rights within these perimeters, thanks to over 100 access rules (ACL). You can monitor at any time work in progress with the help of reporting indicators. This offers traceability and conformity with regulatory restrictions.
