Problem description
This is a bugfix and maintenance update of the rosa-launcher package(s)
that addresses the following issues:
* Fixed bug with empty icons in the recent application section after
uninstalling [#64381]
* Added resetting of scrollbar position after tab changing [#64390]
* Fixed bug with limiting of mouse wheel scrolling and content
repositioning due to scrollbar hiding on tab change.
